We often receive requests from buyers and sellers in areas which are remote to our existing locations. With the Houston real estate market at its most active level in many years, there aren't enough agents or hours in the day to keep up with the demand.

This has led us to offer a referral plan to some realtors at a flat fee. If you would consider discounting your commission, but not your services we would like to talk to you. We charge only $200 per referral. Please contact us for more information about our referral plan.
